The Refillable Candle Subscription

How it works...

  • 1. You choose a jar

    Choose a FREE candle jar when you subscribe, either in a colour to match your decor, or go crazy with a cheeky jar from our Risque Range. Keep hold of this jar, you'll be using it again each month!

  • 2. You make your payment

    When you subscribe, you can pay via bank card or Paypal. Then future payments of £12 are charged automatically on the 12th of every month, for the following month's subscription.

  • 3. We choose a scent

    Each month we select a different, surprise fragrance either from our seasonal collection or an exclusive scent not available to buy in the shop.

  • 4. It arrives at your door

    We'll dispatch your latest Candle Refill on the first working day of every month, straight to your door. And shipping is completely free, every time!

It couldn't be easier, just sign-up and choose free refillable candle jar.  

Then each month you'll be charged £12, and on the first working day of the following month we'll dispatch one Candle Refill in a surprise fragrance.

You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Subscription Policy

Please read the Subscription Policy before you subscribe...

The Refillable Candle Company offers two different monthly subscription boxes: The waxmelt subscription and The Refillable Candle subscription.

Your subscription box is dispatched from our HQ on the 1st week of the following month. Please note payments are billed in advance. 

Purchasing your subscription

When you initially purchase your subscription, please don't add other items to your basket. Please come back and checkout separately after you have subscribed.

Discount codes cannot be applied to subscription boxes unless advertised otherwise. 

Shipping is free, and subscription boxes are delivery only, they cannot be collected.

Monthly payments

Monthly payments are automatic and billed on the 12th of every month. If we need to change your payment date for any reason, we will email you beforehand.

Payments are in advance - so, for example, if your payment is made on any date in May, your box will be sent out on 1st June. You can change your payment details at any time by updating your subscription account via our website. We accept debit/credit cards and PayPal.

Cancellations

Your subscription is on a monthly rolling basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just login to your account on our website, or click the unique link in the email you received when you first subscribed.  

If you cancel your subscription, but you have already paid for your next box (even if it has not yet been dispatched), you will still receive this box and will not be due any refund. Your subscription will be cancelled after the last box you have paid for has been sent out to you.

Refunds, exchanges or returns

Refunds, exchanges or returns are not available on subscription boxes. If any items arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at theonecocustomerservices@gmail.com
